Ariana Grande is under police investigation for the donut-licking incident! According to the Associated Press, officers in Lake Elsinore (where the shop is located) are looking into the leaked video because it was a major health hazard.
While her reps refuse to report on the investigation, a spokesperson for the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health said the agency is investigating the shop for leaving out the baked goods "unprotected and exposed to the public," which violates food laws in California.
She reposted her official statement on Twitter, and apologized again for her comments — but she didn't directly address the donut incident
